Seeking Revision. Had WLS in 1981.
I have been morbidly obese my entire life. I am 49 years old. I had the surgery 24 years ago. Lost 90 pounds, but gained it all back and a lot more. I have just gotten a new job and have United Healthcare Insurance. I will be attending a group meeting on April 18th with the surgeon I have been referred to by my PCP.
I have arthritis, high blood pressure, high cholestrol, depression, bi-polar and an underactive thryoid.
Sugar and bad carbs are my biggest enemies.
