EEKKKKK....... 2nd surgery and frustrated

I had a repositioning surgery 2 days ago. Again the post care lacked. I am still at the same 465 lbs I was 2 months ago. I guess I should be happy that I haven't gained. Still, I am trying to find new hope and inspiration to get myself moving and feeling positive about this experience. Any suggestion?
