1 yr results - Had my 1 yr check up on Tuesday. These are my accomplishments, so far.
lost 79 lbs
went from 51.1 % body fat to 32.9 (normal range is 23-34)
bmi went from 40 to 26)

Drivers License - For the first time in over 30 years- I actually weigh less than the weight on my Drivers License.
Unfortunately the dang thing doesnt expire till 9/2012.
