Hi, i've been approved for gastric bypass and will meet with my surgeon on Jan.18th to schedule a date.  I need advice, tips for before and after, with regards to eating, exercise, vitamins, etc.  I am such a newbie to this whole world of WLS, and blogging so please tell me the truth but, be gentle with me.
