Well, I went to the doctor again a couple days ago and she set me up with a referral (which is being sent to me in the mail), so I'm just waiting on that to get here before I can make an appointment to talk with a surgeon.

So, I have an appt to meet and talk to a nutritionist in a couple weeks. The Doc said that they would want to put me on a diet for 3 months, but I wasn't as straight forward as I should've been about the fact that unless I will feel sick or dump, then the diet will NOT last more than 2 weeks at MOST. No diet I have EVER been on has lasted more than a couple days over 2 weeks and there isn't much of a chance that that will change now (which is one of the reasons I want to have WLS). So, I guess we will see what comes of the meeting with the nutritionist.
