losing again

 Thrilled today. WI and I have lost 4 lbs this week. I owe it to giving up worrying about whether or not I was getting all my protein in. I finally got a sheet of protein items and it has been so helpful. Lost a total of 40 lbs in 6 months, after a big 4 month plateau

 saw a new surgeon last week who thinks  I have stretched my pouch, and wants to do an upper Gi. I think the surgery just didn't work on me, I eat healthy foods, but a larger quantity than 1/2 c most meals b/c I 'm so hungry. 1 month of Jenny Craig helped me lose 10 lbs. but was too expensive to stay on. Weigh 192 now from 202.8 tht I had gained a month ago. Meeting with the nutritionst today to meal plan, and discuss quantity and gm of protein.

Lap Band-- Motivation to exercise

 It's amazing how exercise REALLY increases the weight loss. i had my surgery the end of April,,2010 and lost 27 lbs. and hit a plateau since then. After reading a really inspiring blog, I have been to the gym most everyday this week and have lost 6 lbs. Initially it was water weight , but trying hard to only eat about 1/2 cup at meals as instructed to , and to work out , even with my Fibromyagia, as really made a difference, and finally I'm motivated again.

nutrition and water intake

 just 2 weeks out now from having had a lap band, and I have a lot of confusion about how to get the 20gm protein plus other nutrients  in just a 1/2 cup. Any suggestions? Also am having difficulty drinking 64 oz water every day. There don't seem to be enough hours in a day to SLOWLY sip 64 hours. Help!!
