I'm almost there. I have two more appointments to go to. A follow up with the sleep study doctor, and one final dietician appointment. Then my file is being transferred to the surgeons office. But other than those two appointments, the nursing team has approved my surgery as far as they are concerned, I just need those last two signatures then I will be on my way. :)
