Hi everyone, hope everyone is having a good day.

B:  Ham and cheese omelet

S:  String cheese

L:  Cottage cheese, turkey deli meat and radishes

S:  Greek yogurt and celery

D:  Pork loin roast, carrots and cucumber

I hit onederland this week.  This is the best thing I did for myself.

I thought I would start this since no one has.  Its the last of the beautiful days for a couple weeks here in Michigan.
