Today is 6/22/2009 and I feel fine. I am having some head issues with the whole losing weight so quick thing, but I am a winner and like Gloria Gaynor, i will survive. I am sitting at my desk and there is always a pot luck going on, but I can not eat a thing. See the mental thing for me is to want to eat everything in a smaller portion. This is a no no. One has to change their mind set on what they eat as well. I am still having a really hard time with eating ruffage (lettuce, carrots, greens, etc). Hit me back and give me more advice.Without him nothing is possible. With him and through him, I can achieve all things. He is still good. God that is.
