Question:
Is there anyone here who had Dr. Kenneth G. MacDonald perform their surgery?

Hi Renee. Dr. Macdonald is in this site's database. Go to the top of any page and click on "find a doc". Next, click on #2 "browse the list" and then click on North Carolina. Dr. Macdonald is listed. If you click on "view comments" you will first get a list of insurance companies that have covered this surgery with him. If you scroll down, you will see a section of members' comments with links to their profiles and also their e-mail addresses. Maybe you could e-mail them your specific questions. Hope this helps.
