Anyone wiht experience with BC/BS PPO of IL

Hi Wondering if anyone out there has dealt with the insurance company BC/BS PPO of IL, through the local 150 Operating Engineers?? I am just waiting for the insurance ok now. Thanks for any information!    — Robin T. (posted on November 23, 2001)

08/08/03 Hi Robin. I also have bcbsil. I was denied my wls because I did not have recent 6 months of doctor supervised diet. I am planning on appealing as soon as I can convince one of my doctors to write me a letter. My pcp refuses. He doesn't feel I need it . Like I really asked his opinion.lol. I am going to ask my female doc yjat I go to for all my other medical problems if she can do it for me.
