Does anyone have any experience with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Nebraska (PPO)

Sorry, no personal experience. But, go to this page http://www.obesityhelp.com/morbidobesity/insurers2.phtml?State=NE and scroll down. You will find a few listings for BC BS of Nebraska PPO. Those people were approved. Included is their e-mail address. Maybe you could e-mail them specifically and they could help you out. BTW it is under the "insurers" link located at the top of any page.
