I never used them long enough to have my labs checked to see if they work
'as well' personally I found them nasty tasting and gave them away. I did
notice though the ones 'sold' at the local store contained LESS vitamins
than the ones you could buy on line.

Yes I have been using it for a while. My blood work is always good except
for liver ensymes. To me the raste is not that bad.
