Question:
Has anyone with a g tube after surgery end up having a foul smell from it

Mine did and was infected:( CALL YOUR SURGEON IMMEDIATELY! I ended up on antibiotics, caught early it should be a minor issue, If you have a fever go to the ER, for safety. Better safe than sorry!

Mine had a smell from around the outside of the tube. I called my surgeon and they said that smell is completely normal. I would still have it checked out with your surgeon to be on the safe side
