WHAT INSURANCE COVERS BARIATRIC SURGERY?

I have BCBS and it was pretty easy to get approval.

I had AETNA PPO Open choice out of the San Deigo office. All I had to do was wait. The doctors office did everthing for me. I had a BMI of 40.5 with No life threating comorbidies. Kat

I have Scott and White insurance. They have their own hospitals and their own doctor who does the surgery.
