plateaus are normal, in the past you likely spent time at this weight and your body remembers and tries to hang out. If in doubt call your sugeons office. but everyone has plateaus, To help break it do some power walking

You're at the stage that many post-ops reach a brief plateau. You've probably lost quite a few pounds by now and your body is merely adjusting. Think of climbing up a few flights of stairs. When you've climbed a few, you will reach a point that you have to stop and take a break. Same applies here too. You body just underwent surgery, you've lost weight and together both of those have had a big impact on your body. Just know that it is normal between 4-6 weeks of having a brief stall. If you are concerned, contact your surgeon's office and talk to one of his staff about what is going on. Congratulations on your surgery and all the best of luck to you on your exciting new lifestyle.
