I've eaten Wendy's nuggets before. They tasted nasty though. I used to like them. Post-op the first thing I tasted was the grease.

Yep thats me, my angel Peg Shuffstall sugested them. I like them with the barbecue sauce and dont generally remove the coting, its thin. They are IF PROPERLY PREPARED moist and juicy. Jen my wife had them and also said they were great. Well the first time I tried them YUK! Hard and dry and tasteless. Jen agreed awful. Well we got them again and YUMMY, and about the right size, early on 2 pieces were a full meal. At a buck a bargain.

I eat everyone's chicken mcnugets. There is very little coating... not enough to do any harm and they aren't particularly greasy. When I go to a fast food place, I usually order mcnuggets and a salad.

I can eat chicken nuggets okay because they are thinly coated, but the sickest I ever got was from buffalo chicken tenders. I thought I could get the breading off but I couldn't so I ate it anyway. I don't think I will ever be able to look at chicken tenders again. I didn't throw up, but wished I could have. I was SOOOOO sick. I don't do fried now to avoid that complication. BTW I eat other spicy foods including buffalo chicken wings with no problems, so I know it was the fried breading.

I am 4 months post-op and had chicken nuggets since I could start solids. I can usually eat 2-3 for one meal (check calories on the dips, if you care- some are very high). I agree- at $1 for 5, it's 2 meals!! :D
