Dr. Champion has two offices: Canton, GA : (770)470-5941 Marietta, GA: (770)425-5525 Both locations are just north of Atlanta, GA.

I called Dr champion office today,they will not schedule an appointment over the phone, instead give them your address and they mail you an information packet. I requested the packet on 1/17 and was told today over 100 mailings went out today, so do not expect a quick response. I will let you know when I receive my packet.

Keep trying...I LOVE THE MAN....I had my LAP RYN...by him last tuesday..flew home sunday...back to work monday...I HAVE NO PAIN...just a little tired...their staff was wonderfull...and altough I was selfpay..I didn't pay anywhere near what others on this site have paid....(sorry...just feel good and he didn't pay me to do this LOL)
