I am assuming that you are wondering if anyone in Ohio has been approved with your insurance? Well, I did a little investigating for you. Go to the top of any page on this website and click on insurers, then click on "browse the list" and then click on OH on the map. This will take you to a list of insurers that are listed alphabetically. Scroll down until you find United Health Care. There are 46 entries with various policy names. Maybe you can find one that matches yours.Some have been approved and others have not. While the patient's names are not listed, their e-mail addresses are. Maybe, you can e-mail some of them for their experiences with this insurance. Hope this helps. Shelley
