I have blue shield of California. It depends on wether it's HMO or PPO, and where you live. I have HMO, my IPA is MPMG, and the in network DR. is Dr. Callery. please let me know if I can help you further.

I don't have same insurance, but know 3 people with BC/BS who have used Valley Surgical Specialists Medical Group in Fresno, CA. Web address www.valleysurgical.com. Dr Higa there is my WLS doctor and his associates in the group that also do WLS are Drs. Boone and Ho. This group has a fine reputation. People come from all over the country for their surgery.

Hi I have the same insurance, although I live in Washington. I went on the BS/BC web sight and cross reffrenced the list of Dr.'s I got from the WSL web sight.
