Question:
Looking for a Good Protocol on Vitamins, Calcium, Iron, B12

Does anyone have a good protocol to follow in regards to vitamins, calcium, iron, and b12? Also, a good brand and when and how do you take them, and how much of each does ones body really need? Thank You Shari    — Shari M. (posted on July 30, 2003)

I take a Real Meals shake for the 60 grams of protein, calcium, and extra iron and 40 other vitamins and then two chewable Bariatric Lifestyle Vitamins a day. I have never needed anything additional. For more info or samples go to www.protein-solution.com

I was told by my Dr to take 2 Flintstones chewable vitamins per day, 1000 MG Calcium Citrate per day, Sublingual B12 daily, and only take iron if you start to feel tired.(Ferrous Sulfate) I get my B12 AND Liquid Calcium thru "Puritans Pride" Vitamins..They will send you a catalog..Prices are very reasonable....Hope this helps..
