Dr. Thoburn is in this website's database. Go to the top of any page and click on "Find a doc", choose #2 "browse the list". I entered the letter T and found a Dr. Thoburn in Florida. If this is where he is located you could click on the state of Florida, also. Anyway, you will get a listing of doctors in Florida and Dr. Thoburn is listed. If you click "view comments" you will see a list of insurance companies that have approved surgery by him. Following this, you will see a section for patient comments. This includes the patients' names and e-mail addresses. Maybe you could e-mail them your specific questions. Hope this helps. Shelley
