If you aren't breastfeeding go on a strict low carb diet (Atkins) and
exercise routine. With time your body will kick back into the losing
phase.

Assuming you are not nursing, because if you are now is not the time to try
and lose much weight, go back to the start - liquids then soft foods etc.
This will force your body into ketosis and burn fat. Please check with
your OB/GYN and surgeon before doing this but it should be safe if you are
not nursing. Congrats on the new bundle of joy!!!
