Question:
I need information on a Dr. Ronald Clements in Birmingham Alabama

Does anyone have any information on a Dr.Ronald Clements in Birmingham Alabama? He is at Norwood Clinic and is the only surgeon i've found here that does the lap RNY. I am waiting on his surgery brochure to arrive any day now. I would really appreciate any info i can get on him. Especially from anyone who has used him for their surgery. Thanks, J.K.    — k K. I live in Alabaster and am going to Memphis to have my open RNY the reason is that I was already seeing this suergeon in Memphis (Dr. Cowan) He is one of the very best in this field. I have heard that Dr. Stahl at Shelby Medical center In Alabaster is a good surgeon but that was just what I heard on here. I would look into his program as well before making a choice. I believe Becky Ramsey on this site used Dr. Clements for lap. I do not believe he is a bariatric surgeon. Bariatric surgeons in B'ham are Dr. Gleysteen (UAB), Dr. Shearer (Alabaster) and Dr. Stahl (Alabaster). Dr. Breaux is retired. Gleysteen is booking into 2001. Best wishes.
