Michael, I live just outside the Asheville area. My surgeon is Dr. J. Ken Champion of Atlanta (actually, Canton, GA, just North of Atlanta). His web site is www.drchampion.com. He is a thoracic/vascular surgeon, internationally known for his expertise in laparascopic RNY. I can't recommend him highly enough. Charlotte surgical associates-dr. Rhonda wacasmuth you may have to wait a month or so to see here. good things take time---this process has taken me 8 months my surgery date is 12-20-2000

Hi, I went to Dr. Eduardo Gonzales(correct spelling) in Winston Salem NC. He performs the surgery at Forsyth Memorial Hospital in WS. His office number is 336.659.8483. Everything happens fast in his practice. My approval time to actual surgery was 2.5 weeks. No time to back out(LOL).
