Question:
What type of side effects would I expect with Lap Band Surgery?

Not sure what you mean by side effects... You should be able to return to work within a week. You might be able to 'feel' your port thats about it.

I have experienced no side effects or complications .. both are pretty rare with Lap Bands, from what I've read. There may be more specific info on the LapBand forum: http://www.obesityhelp.com/morbidobesity/surgtype-forums/LapBand/posts There are bunches of posters from all stages of surgery .. lots of good info there!
