The Images staff have been very helpful. Attained insurance approval in less than one month after sending forms in. They have answered all questions promptly.

I will add more information as I obtain it.

So far I have dealt with the office staff, they were very helpful. I have a friend who had VGB last year with him and she has done great.

Dr. Hall is absolutely wonderful. He is very professional, down to earth and honest. He was very thorough informing us about the risks and complicatons. He does the VBG and RNY. He will tell you about both of them. He will also tellyou what you should expect after the surgery, truthfully. I researched both surgeries on the internet and thought I knew a lot. But, there are a lot of side effects after the surgeries you do not hear about- he will tell you all about them, good and bad. I highly recommend him! He is very honest about things he does not sugar coat the outcomes...it makes the situation reality.

Very good impression. From the start you can tell that he honestly cares about helping his patients lose weight.

His nurse is wonderful. She takes care of anything you need and the office phone is answered 24/7.

Dr. Hall and his nurseput a lot into aftercare. They hold a monthly support meeting in their office and they have a yearly reunion for all patients. He gives you lifetime care at no charge. I had trouble with depression after the surgery and he arranged for me to see an IM at no charge. he has a very structured aftercare program.

I give him an excellent rating for both his surgical competance and his bedside manner. He was very thorough in explaining the surgery and all the risks involved.

He was wonderful!!

Dr. Hall's office has been GREAT. They were very helpful in getting me approved and did not give up! They are all very friendly and worked extra hard to see that I would be able to have the surgery during the time frame that I needed to accomodate my job. They have been wonderful!

My first impression of Dr. Hall was an opinion I formed from his picture on the internet. A middle aged, attractive gentleman who had a nice smile. I met Dr. Hall May 14, 2001, the day before my surgery, my husband and I and two other patients were in his office for a pre-surgical consultation for 5 hours, he even had lunch ordered in for us (not diet either), he did most of the talking answered lots of question that I was only thinking of as we (my husband, me and the other two patients)didn't get to say much. He explained all about the surgeries in detail, and I say surgeries because the two other patients were having vertical banded gastroplasty and I was interested in the reux-en-y. He made it very clear that he prefered the vertical banded gastroplasty over the reux-en-y, as the risks involved were much less with the vbg. I did listen very carefully to all he had to say, but as I have always been very good friends with sweets I shared my concerns with the doctor on the one-to-one consult that we had after the session. He was very open and smiled throughout the whole speech I blurted out "just between you and me doc" kind of style. He agreed to do the reux-en-y. After listening to him talk I found that he was very passionate about his work, I felt that he was honestly trying to make a contribution to people like me. Warm, gracious and not pompous like most surgeons that I had ever met. His office was very relaxing, his receptionist, Chantelle was great made us feel at home almost immediately. Dr. Hall was extremely candid with his explainations about not only the procedure but the risks, physical and emotional. He advised that he met with his clients three times a week on every first week of every month in a group, if an individual consult was needed at this time he advised he would meet individually at this time. He said this benefit would be available to all his patients at no charge for five years post op, but he also stated he could not recall having charged a patient for a meeting even though his five years had passed. I would rate Dr. Hall a perfect 10 for his overall treatment of his patients and a perfect 10 for his gracious manner with not only his patients but with their families. I would venture to say, in my limited medical experience that Dr. Hall portrayed a perfectionist attitude that I am sure follows him through the surgical experience, not to mention his bedside manner, it was very nice.
