Dr.Viglianco is a wonderful DR.I had a VERY rough time after surgery and was in the hospital for 19 days.I was in a coma for approx. 1 week.They believe I ended up with an infection.
After everything I have been through I would have the surgery again!I believe it saved my life.I am SOOOOOOOOOO much happier now that I have lost almost 90 pounds.(My surgery date was1/26/00)
My surgeon Dr. James Vilianco was wonderful.
Especially on the first consultation. I went into it expecting one thing and came out with
another. The office staff at the BTC in Grove
City we absolutey more help then you could ever ask for. The only thing I didnt like about Dr. V was that he is a niteowl. He came
for his rounds at 11pm at nite when I was in
the hospital and had all ready taken pain medication to go to sleep. So when he was in talking to me I was always groggy. But as far as his skill as a surgeon HE ROCKS!!!!!!
He totally told me everything about it and it was all toooo true. Over all his bedside manners were great just to darn late at nite.
I had and do have complete confidence in him.
At first I was scared of my Surgeon but after having the surgery I really feel that he majorly cares for you as a person and his office staff makes you feel important.
He is a wonderful man and I suggest him to everyone.
He is very concerned with aftercare and wants you to call him with the smallest question its very important to him and his staff.
As far as the risks for surgery he didnt beat around the bush he told me everything so I could decide for myself to have the surgery or not.
I rate him very highly as a wonderful man and surgen.
He had great bedside manner seamed very concerned with my condition and answered all questions.
I am a RN and have worked with Dr Viglianco before so i already knew of his reputation. As far as the consultation he was very informative and answered all my questions and concerns without hesitation. He is working through bariatric treatment centers in ohio (based out of michigan) and when i went for the consultation and on follow up calls everyone has been very nice and helpful. At this point there is nothing i dislike about him. He has discussed the surgery, preop and postop as well as risks etc very thoroughly and answered all my questions well to this point. Right now I would give him a 10 rating and of course I'll let you know how I feel after the surgery.
