My first impression of Dr. Sapala was that he appeared to be a nice person. After we spoke I felt very confident in my decision to choose him. The staff at the office has been extremely helpful. My nurse Amy is really nice and fun to talk to. She has made my experience nice so far. Dr. Sapala's aftercare program seems to be extensive. While I was there I saw several people whom had their year at lease a year earlier. I think that the only way an aftercare program can be really effective is if a person takes personal responsibility and works with his or her Dr. I would rate Dr. Sapala and his staff a 10, if not I would not be going to him. I think both surgical competence and bedside manner are important.
This practice was my 3rd in 9 months. I am blessed to have found them...Down to earth, honest, sincere in the fight to help people live longer, healthier and more normal lives!
Dr.schuhknecht was very nice person and very informative. The staff was wonderful and friendly as well. I have heard that the aftercare program is good too.
He was very friendly and sincere. He made me feel comfortable and confident.
My impression of Dr. Schuhcknelt did not change over time. I continued to feel comfortable with him.
Chuckie, the nurse who assisted me with my primary care doctor and my insurance was GREAT! The entire staff was helpful. Thanks to Latrice I was able to have the surgeon of my choose.
Future patients should rest at ease. Dr. Schuhcknelt and his staff is great. The most trouble you will have is spelling his name :).
I liked my surgon the first time I meet him, He made me feel good about my self.
He was there for me the whole time I was seeing him.
I didn't care to much for his nurse,
Chucky was cold and not very helpfull
The dr. is a very good DR. Just don't like his nurse.
He tries but I don't think any Dr. really listens to much.
He gives you a plan and tells you to follow it and come to all the group meetinges which is very help full.

I met with Dr. Schuhcknecht on Wednesday, Jan. 22, 2003. I liked him immediately. He talks to you like a human being with terms you can understand. I am so glad I found him!
He is warm friendly and easy to talk to. He takes time to answer all of your questions and is always available to me.
My impression of Dr has grown over time he is always patient and he listens.
His office staff is efficient and knowledgeable. I was not happy with their promises to call me back. I would always have to call them back to get answers or to follow up. Service would be perfect if they could call you back.
He is the surgeon of choice.
Aftercare is greatly emphasized.
There is a support group to help with aftercare.
The risks of surgery were addressed on the first visit in a direct and serious manner.
I highly rate this surgeon.
His surgical competence and bedside manner are both great.
