I think that Bellaire Hospital has some staffing issues and if they are going to continue to use it for barriatric surgerys they need to improve on the the nursing staff.

The staff went out of their way to help with any need me or my husband had. They would cheer me on when I would walk and they really made my stay a plesant one.

they are well versed and know what to do for the obese..they are not equipped to do this surg lap, so if you have to go there, be prepared for a longer recovery time, as it will be open...
