Merry CHristmas to all Januarians!

Well, its been a long time. I check this board every once in awhile. So far I have been doing ok. I am up from 166 lbs to 173 and seem to be stable there. I will take it! Its a far cry from 312 lbs. Health wise ok also, started B12 shots this summer and they seem to be helping. I just want to wish you all a Merry Christmas! Rhonda

Hi Rhonda, Merry Christmas to you, too. I too am doing ok. Had a cold last week and lost 5 lbs. LOL! Hard to believe we are coming up on our 3 year anniversary! Linda
