Im still bouncing about 165 and 170
but I feel great.. I still would love to get to 155 , now that Im back on the states I will try to get there

Hi Mitzi, I am eating only 6 to 8 ozs per meal. I use a small saucer as my plate. I get full after about 5 bits. So my stomach is still small. I eat about 1500 calories a day and that is my goal calories. Best wishes, Tammie

I can eat way to much, a 6 inch subway sandwhich and an apple easily, and then eat other 6 inches 2 hours later! I eat round 2000-2500 calories a day, goal is 1500-2000, but only maintains my weight. I need to be around 1200 I think. I weigh 255 now so I'm not sure how many cal/protien I need a day

I can eat A LOT of food at once, but ONLY if I drink all the way thru the meal.

 

If I do the 30/20/30, then I can't eat much at all!! My nose still runs if I overeat and I still dump. I went thru a "spell" where I could eat any amount and anything and the dumping syndrome had left, or so I thought, but what really had happened was I was dehydrated and craving salt SO MUCH that I landed myself in the hospital.

 

My goal: no carbs/low carbs, PROTEIN and NO DRINKING with my meals

 

 

I still have a hard time with that because I eat everything spicy. lol

I have NEVER tracked these statistics ... before or after surgery.  I guess I admired those that do... but for me ... I know it's my snack foods - I like to eat through my pressures at work.
