Hi peeps it is that time again.....Come share with me Last week 159 lbs this week 161 lbs. I have been going to the gym regularly but missed sat and sun because I was in Toronto for the Yankees game. I am seeing a difference in my clothes but not the scales. I will get there I know it! Hugs and hope you did well! Chris

Hey Everyone! Pretty good week for me. Would have been MUCH better had I kept at it this weekend. Grr! Last week: 173 lbs (!!!) Today: 168 I WAS down to 167. Ah well! I will continue to do well this week. 6 lbs until I get back to my lowest...8 lbs until goal. Have a great day! JM

Hey Chris Here are my stats! Highest weight~ 450 Lowest weight~ 182 Last week~ 190 Today~ 190 I wi**** would go down but it's stable so I cant complain! I eat horrible on the weekends and I'm sure that's why I'm not loosing! Kay

Why oh why does the scale move when I'm working out so much? I haven't had time to work out like I did and down the scale went! Last Week: 222 Today: 217 OMG!
