Accountability Tuesday
Well nobody posted yesterday but I'm doing this for my sake. I like to see it all written down. It helps me. So, if you wanna be accoutable, come share. If not, enjoy reading mine! LOL
Breakfast: 1 hard boiled egg and 3 big strawberries
Snack: NSA yogart
Lunch: Lean Cuisine Paninni
Snack: 1/2 a bananna and 1 tbsp. of PB
Dinner: Grilled bbq boneless pork chop, Baked beans, grilled asparagus and few bites of macaronni salad.
Snack: Chocolate calorie countdown milk w/ a scoop of protein in it.

-1c. Special K, 1c. FF milk
-tortilla chips, fresh salsa
-salad w/cuke slices, cheese, shredded chicken, RF italian drsg, croutons
-tilapia, salad w/creamy italian dressing
-1 tbsp. RF peanut butter, 2 tbsp. low sugar jelly, 1 slice Weigh****chers jelly, SF pudding
