Monday Evening Weigh In
I don't see this posted so I'll do it. I went out of town this weekend and ate whatever I wanted and the scale showed it!
Highest weight~ 450
Lowest weight~ 182
Last week~ 190
Today~ 192
When I get paid next week, I AM JOINING WEIGH****CHERS. I just need some structure in my eating and maybe weighing in once a week will keep me on track.

I am a day late but I am glad to be posting today's weight rather than yesterday's.
Highest weight~ 293
Lowest weight~ 162
Last week~ 168
Today~ 168
I had gone up two lbs over the weekend but ate perfectly yesterday and lost those 2 lbs. I would love to be 164 by next Monday but...ain't gunna happen since my annual trek to the beach with my sister is this weekend!
But maybe I will reach goal by the end of the summer!!

I'm late as well -- this flex-schedule kicks my butt some days and I am TIRED when I finally get home!!
I didn't weigh yesterday, although I intended to. LOL -- I have a "weigh-in" routine and if I don't follow it exactly, I don't weigh. Here's the routine: I try to weigh myself first thing in the morning, right after I get out of bed and use the restroom. I've got to be butt-nekkid to do it, and I cannot have had ANYTHING to eat or drink beforehand just in case it adds an ounce or two (can you all spell O-C-D??)
So, yesterday, my wonderful husband brought me a cup of coffee when I got out of bed and I took a few sips (what WAS I THINKING???!!! LOL) and so I didn't weigh.
There you have it -- more info that you wanted, right?
