Accountability Monday
Hiya Ladies
Come be accountable with me!! I ate junk, junk and more junk this weekend at the beach and the scale told on me!! You would think I'd do better today but I didn't.
Breakfast: Nothing
Snack: Big handful of RF cheeseitz ( why do i buy these)
Lunch: Baked chicken leg, steamed cabbage, brown rice
Snack: 1 orange and 1 CC cookie
Dinner: Baked chicken thigh, Slice of ham and steamed cabbage
Snack: NSA yogart

Feel off the wagon a bit over the weekend but picked back up on Monday...
Breakfast: 3 oz. roast chicken
Snack: Chewable calcium tablet
Lunch: 3 oz. roast chicken
Snack: New Whey Protein vial (years later, these are STILL vile to me!)
Dinner: 15 Pringles Light chips (these are awesome...70 calories, no fat!), 1/2 cup of edamame and two bites of my husband's sausage (hmm...that can be taken the wrong way, eh? ) Hee hee!
Gunna stick to it today, too!

Better late than never:
Breakfast: Half an deluxe omelette (egg, ham, sausage and cheese)
Lunch: Chicken Salad (chicken, RF mayo and some all-bran nuggets for crunch)
Dinner: Sausage and sauerkraut
Snack: Handful of popcorn (and a margarita that my wonderful husband made me)
That's it. Could be better -- could be worse. I DID get all my water in, though.
