Accountability Tuesday
Well hello ladies I'm back! I hope everyone is having a great day and an on track eating day. So far so good for me. I appreciate everyone who shared yesterday!
Ok, here's me being accountable...
Breakfast: 2 Med scrambled eggs and 2 sausage links.
Snack: 2 ham & cheese roll up's
Lunch: Baked chicken leg quarter & carb/sugar control yogart
Snack: A few bites of my leftover chicken from lunch & lite yogart
Dinner: Steak & Salad
Snack: Protein shake
Doing good on water today!
