No protein shake so I need to have something otherwise I will not sleep well and wake up in the middle of the night.
Water - great
Vitamins - huh?
Exercise - sleeping in likely does not count
For the last 2 days I was in meetings and also did not have a protein shake. I ate more for lunch than some of the normal people, I definitely see that I can and do eat more when I dont have the shake.

D: flank steak, baked potato, green beans
S1: a few bites of german choc. cake
S2: NSA fudgesicle
S3: cup of air popped popcorn with spray butter
Calorie wise not too bad, but I'm trying to break the snack pattern. Might have to do that 5 day pouch test for that. I did go for 2 one hour walks with the dogs today though and took my vitamins which I haven't done for ages. Better luck tomorrow! More protein and less snacking I hope!
