Hump Day Accountability
Hello Ladies How is everyone doing? I'm good! Me and the scale have not being getting along very well becasue of my horrible night time eating habits so I joined weigh****chers today. My doctor recommended it to help me get on track!
Anyway, come be accountable with me! If you don't want to share your entire meal, just share your dinner and give a healthy snack idea!
Breakfast: Nothing
Snack: Bananna & WW yogart
Lunch: Ham, cheese, lettuce, red onion, ff mayo, spicy in a LC wheat wrap & SF vanilla pudding
Snack: WW yogart
Dinner: Smart One's frozen dinner & Steamed broccoli
Snack: Protein shake
Not so good on water but I'm working on it!

S: sf fudgesicle
D: beef
S: german choc. cake (again)
I've done horribly today.. so hungry and the cake was just a bad idea. I feel like Im going to puke. What a dumb ass!
All in all I logged 800 cals today (I WILL NOT EAT ANY MORE TONIGHT!) and burned almost 500 cals (did cardio and weights)... should see a wt loss tomorrow, at least I better!!!

Hi Ladies, I am still playing and here is my menu:
B~Protein shake
L~ 2/3 of a bean and cheese buritto.
D~1/2 of a meatball and a few forks of angel hair spaghetti
S~pretzels. (too many)
All meds some water and a diet iced tea.
No gym today but I did plunge my basement and that was quite a work out!
