What's on YOUR menu for Sunday?
Alright, well I ate dinner... my family had chili dogs, so I cubed up some grilled chicken and topped it with 1 tbs of chili... only ate about 1 oz of the chicken. Then I ate 3 ruffle chips
I will have another protein drink before bed. Here are my TOTALS:

*those totals are if I have a full size nectar drink... i may only do 1/2

L~2 TGIF steak quesadilla rolls, some baby carrots and cukes w/ ranch dip
D~went to Ruby Tuesday's-had three spoonfuls of hubby's french onion soup. I ordered the mini burgers, it came with 4, I ate one without the roll and brought three home.
Fluids~only about 40oz so far, still sipping

I slept in today, but I managed to still get in some food:
B- 1 egg w/cheese and 3 slices of turkey bacon
L- 17 pepperoni and 1 LF cheesestick
S- 8 oz. CC choc. milk (my savior)
D- inside of chicken taco and a few bites of taco shell from La Tolteca- I was a little scared to eat anything from the menu b/c I wasn't sure how it would sit with me, but it did fine and I ate all the insides!
Went to the gym for 1 1/2 hours...did the elliptical for 45 mins, bike uphill for 15 mins, and did weights for 20 mins.
Feeling good overall. I'm getting a lot of compliments from people and some people don't even notice me...the ones who haven't seen me in a while.

I am really bad about food.
I never want to eat, which is similar to me pre-op as well. I am terrible to my body.
Anyway, here goes:
Brunch: 2 oz chicken breast
Snack: few bites melon and strawberries
Snack: 1 string cheese
Dinner: I'll have about 2 oz Tuna
Fluids: 16 oz Isopure, 16 oz SF koolaid (so far, I'll have more)
Exercise: 46 laps in the pool.

I am embarassed to tell you, but I guess if I am going to be honest, I will have to:
Early AM: decaf espresso & lowfat (1%) milk w/ 2 lumps of sugar
B: a little less than half a Noah's Bagel mit sandwich (egg, cheese, spinach & mushroom) It didn't agree with me and I
L: tuna sandwich made with Trader Joe's protein bread
3/4 pear
D: about 1/2 cup salad with It. dressing
2-3 oz. tri-tip steak
1/2 small baked potato with 1 pat butter
a few pieces zucchini
a chocolate chip cookie (we had company and they brought them...I
gave in and was bad)
I drank about 6 cups water.
I did no exercise
