What's on YOUR menu for Tuesday?
Good Afternoon
How is everyone doing today? I'm doing better. I had a killer headache this morning but it's gone now.
I don't think I'll be home at 6 so I'm posting a little early.
I hope your having a great day.
Here is my menu for today...
B~4 oz yoguart
S~Q Smart Bar
L~Protein shake
D~1/4 C. plain tuna and 1/2 a hard boiled egg.
S~4 oz Chocolate CC milk w/ a scoop of protein.
Water: 25 oz so far but its still early
Vitamins.. almost done.
Exercise: 30 minute walk after dinner.

Kay, you are so good and so "on the ball" with everything you need to do. How do you keep on top of it and not let it get you down? Maybe part of it for me is my chemical imbalance in my brain that keeps me crazy, but I have such ups and downs that I just can't be so positive and consistent. Any words of wisdom for the rest of us? I mean, it is 1:30p for me and all I've had is 6 oz of yogurt and 9 oz water.

Hi Emily.. Me, on the ball? Some days I don't feel like that. It took me over a month to get things down but I think I finally got it.
The water routine is also hard but I finally got that down too. I kinda have a routine now. Wake up, take some of my vitamins and start out with 12 oz of water before breakfast. waite 45 min. then have my protein shake.
I keep telling myself that I'm doing the right thing for my health.

Hello there! I'll play today...
B: A bottled water - just wasn't hungry at all
L: 2 oz of sliced chicken and 1 oz fontina cheese, with some Dijon mustard
S: Profect protein shake
D: I'm not sure yet.
Water: About 35 oz but only half way through the day out here in Cali.
Vitamins: About halfway there
Exercise: Have to go to the gym tonight cuz I've been a loser the last few days

I am trying to be a bit better on the protein since my program forbids protein shakes. So here's mine:
B: Knudsen cottage doubles - 11g protein
L: boiled egg - ?g protein (anyone know?)
D: 2 oz cubed steak w/A-1 sauce (I tried this last night and YUM!) - I don't know how much protein is in this either...I'll have a half banana after dinner
Water - so far about 30 oz down with another 30 to go. However, it's been raining incessantly here and so I feel waterlogged.
Vitamins - I'm a really good girl here. I have a little pill reminder container and they're always taken on time. The next dose will be calcium and biotin.
I'm learning from you all.

Its been a week of nonstop restaurants. I got sick on pad thai, I think there was either some sugar or fish sauce. After a few bites I knew it was not good. On the 2nd trip to the loo I hung my head and puked up the few bites, was instantly better. Today was more tasty:
1/2 b isopure - GNC and Vit Shoppe are everywhere!
B: 1/2 slice ww toast with a bit of butter, 1 egg with cheese and bacon.
L: 2 large slices of fresh mozzarella which melted in my mouth; then from a salad some avocado, bite of chicken and lettuce.
1/2 isopure
Dinner - going out in Greenwich Village

I hear that the more water you drink, should help your headache go away. Hope you find something that helps. I can't swallow tylenol anymore so I have to suffer thru them.
LND: 2 turkey meatballs mashed up with pickle relish mustard, ketchup and cheese, It was kindof like a hamburger! And I didn't get sick at all!

B: 10 oz of Choco Milk
S: n/a
L: Zone protein bar
S: havarti w/ Dill
D: who knows
S: maybe some popsicles again
Water: Good
Exercise: tonight gym
Vitamins: taking 1 right now

So glad to hear that your headache is gone, those can be a nuisance. Keep drinking tha****er to keep hydrated. Here goes:
B-4 ounces Dannon Lit N Fit Blackberry Yogurt
L-1/2 c. of Lactaid Cottage Cheese w/8 raspberries
S-Cheese Stick
D-3 ounces of grilled chicken w/salsa, 1/4 c. of canned corn and 2 fresh strawberries
Vitamins: Check
Water: 24 ounces so far
Exercise: 30 minutes at curves

I just did 45 minutes on the treadmill---- hooray!
B--- protein drink
S--string cheese
S2---instant fake coffee (I had to give up the good stuff)
L--shrimp + a little f f cream cheese mixed with a tiny bit of pasta over lettuce with a bit of dressing
S3----will probably be more coffee, string cheese or choc. milk
D--same as lunch
