Sometimes I am hungry before bed and will eat a bite of cheese or other high protein item. My nut said not to go to bed hungry as it will hinder your sleep....that sounded good to me!

Cara, You aren't going to believe this but last night I went rummaging around in the freezer and found some Cool Whip Lite and put some on top of the pudding! We are two peas in a pod, eh? Do you use the "Lite" or the "Free"? They taste the same to me, but the "Free" isn't always as easy to find in this area for whatever reason. Do you like the Stallone's and if so, what is your favorite flavor? I like the Banana Creme the best. Chele

What popcorn fiasco? Fill me in... I usually eat some fruit or have some SF popsicles. Maybe some cheese if I am really hungry-hungry. Emily

Hungry? Who, me?!?!?!?! Snackmuch?!?!? I usually have a big fake sf coffee (no caffeine)--it really fills me up, is warm and gives me a little extra hydration. Also, can you give me the info on the Stallone pro pudding? I hear people talk about it--what are the cals and pro if you don't mind sharing...also, does it taste pretty goo? Cathy

Something high protein is good at bedtime - it keeps the hunger growls away and I understand it also keeps the metabolism going. An ounce of cheese, a couple slices of lean lunch meat, a boiled egg...there are lots of options. I don't feel hungry every night at bedtime but when I do these are my choices...

Yes, I get the munchies at night!! I get so frustrated because it's always after I posted my menu here. Most nights I don't eat anything. Last night however I was out of control! I had 10 pieces of turkey pepperoni with 1 stick of light string cheese. 2 hours later I had 1/2 rice cake with 1 teaspoon PB. All stuff high in protein. Dawn

Hi Chele, I guess I'm still one of the lucky ones. I am never hungery. And I don't snack at night. In fact I try not to eat anything past 8 so it doesn't mess with my bloodsugar levels I know that was no help. What about a Qsmart Bar? They are so yummy? I just had one for lunch. Thanks again for the tip.

I most of the time grab a piece of cheese or some peanut butter crackers. I sometimes drink a protein drink. I find that I usually sleep better on a "full" stomach. Where do you buy your Stallone pudding? Which web site is the best deal? I need to purchase some. They sound yummy. Cathy

Actually, I don't know which website is the best deal for the pudding. I wanted to try it first before ordering a bunch of it, so I purchased singles at my local GNC...then bought some when it was on sale (I'm a Gold Card member there so that's another 20% off on the first week of the month). Let me know if you find a good deal somewhere! Chele
