Hi All~ I'm not expecting too many replies today since most people are out of routine due to the holiday. Today was a gloomy day in NJ. The skies were gray and it rained off and on just about all day. On a positive note, I got a really cute outfit today to wear Sunday. (I don't do the flowers and stuff so it's not like that ) I am not too proud to say that I shop at Goodwill (thrift store). I got a shirt, capri's, and a purse for me; gap pants, Perry Ellis shirt, and dress shoes for my son, and khakis and a dress shirt for DH all for $35!!! My menu~ B: Skipped...shopping L: 12 small/medium shrimp S: light string cheese stick D: 12 small/medium shrimp S: 8oz CCC milk w/1 scoop protein S: 17 slices turkey pepperoni You guys know I never eat this much but my calories and protein were so low I had to add all those snacks. I haven't even eaten them yet either. My totals~ Cals: 516 Fat: 16 Carbs: 9 Protein: 78 Dawn

I know my protein will be low today. A few friends from work and myself went to Philadelphia to a couple of museums. Walked all day long! So I know I have my exercise in. For lunch today, we went to a Whole Foods store and I got a salad with a spoonful of this and that and a bottle of water. It all came to........$2.42!!! I was all happy. That was the cheapest lunch I ever had and still ended up throwing some away. So anyways here what I had: B- Carb & Sugar Control yogurt w/ 1/2 scoop protein powder L- salad from Whole Foods: 1/2 boiled egg, 2 spoonfuls tuna, few pieces lettuce w/ cheese and sunflower seeds D- 2 oz. tuna salad w/ 2 pita chips S- I'll have something for a little snack...maybe a hot protein drink April

If you like the Q Bars, I recommend Luna bars to you. They are at most stores but cheapest at Trader Joe's. Only 8g sugar - no sugar alcohols - and 10g protein, non GMO and vitamin fortified! Chocolate Carmel Crunch is my personal favorite. One bar is a perfect snack. Yum!

I'll have to look for them. There isn't a Trader Joes near me and I don't remember seeing them at my local grocery store. But I'll take a closer look. Thanks for the tip
