Noises

Okay, I am just going to ask: anyone having their pouch make funny noises all the time? Especially when drinking? (I think it does it when I eat, too) I am not burping anymore or hiccuping (that was during the first few weeks) but I do gurgle a lot. Is this normal? Emily

My stomach does gurggle alot. I also hiccup after I eat dinner that's my cue that I've had enough to eat

I have tha****er cooler thing happen every so often too. It sounds like a burp though even though it isn't. I feel like a fool when it happens in front of people.

Hi Emily, I was going to post this yesterday. I just started hearing the noises yesterday and it freaked me out. My mom kept asking me if I was hungry. It was weird. I know it's normal because I see several post about it on the main board. This will be a good question to ask my surgeon when I see him again. I guess cybil (my pouch) just likes to talk a lot! my Rufus (pouch) is rather articulate too....he gurgles and when he is full, I get small burps and hiccups..and sometimes, he even blesses me with the strangest sensations..I can actually FEEL the food trickling down and out if its something juicey, like oatmeal and milk. Nancy B ...gurgling freely!
