Topic: Accountability Thursday
Hello out there?! Where are all my Accountability Buddies?! I missed you guys yesterday! Some of you are fading away but I'm here anyway to be accountable!
We had a staff meeting at work today and there were brownies, cookies, muffins and cake but quess who said, "no"??? .. ME!!
Anyway, Here's my food for today.....
B~ WW yoguart
S~ Nothing.
L~ 1 C. Progresso lite Veggie soup (good stuff) & Turkey, cheese, lettuce and ff mayo wrapped in a LC wheat wrap.
S~ At the meeting.. 6 pretzels, 2 pickle spears, 2 slices of roast beef, 1 slice of ham and 1/2 a small roll
D~ Smart One's frozen dinner & Collard greens
S~ Protein shake
Lot's of Tea & Water!

B-coffee
S-nothing
L-a few bites of beef in a chile sauce and some little shells pasta
D-we had a going away party for one of our nurses so I had 2 slices of pork topped pizza.
S- a few more bites of my beef and a cookie from the party
had all my water and then some more coffee......boy night shift is making me tired....I am going to bed now.
By the way, I will probably not be here for a few weeks, I am leaving to California the night of the 7th so have fun everyone!!

My thoughts and emotions are with you. And, Jen, too. I did not realize the pain she has been through and now see an even further depth to her love and focus on the love for children and guiding them through life. Jen is truly a success story of turning horrific pain into a loving environment that gives back 1000%, I am just amazed.
And Chris, be strong as your family is also hurting. Althought grieve as it is healthy to let it out. One will never understand these kinds of selfish decisions. I am sending you a huge hug.
I learn so much from all of you. This story has me in tears. I pray for all of you, especially those who have been hurt by the heartbreak of something so tragic.

Topic: It works!
I have gotten several messages asking me about Weigh****chers and I said I would post it after my first weigh in. I just got back and I'm totally excited with the results! when I weighed in last Wed. I was 207. Yep, I gained that much. My love for a cold beer, eating like crazy on the weekends and late night eating showed up on me quick! Anyway, Today I was 195!!! It has helped me get back on track and even enjoy things on the weekend but not over do it!!! There are 2 other ladies that attend the meetings that had wls and they have gained some weight as well. One has gained as much as 55 lbs. So, I'm happy I'm getting help now before it got out of hand.
Hopefully, I can get to my surgeons goal of 175 or my personal goal of 165?!
That's it. I'll be back in a few hours to post my menu.

Hi there Kay,
Today we celebrated my daughters 8th birthday since we are going to be on the road for her actual birthday....so here is what I had....
B- coffee
S- nothing
L- 6 inch subway club and a bag of sunchips
S- a couple bites of a turkey sandwich
D- homemade pizza about 1 1/2 small pieces and 1 breadstick
I also had a small slice of german chocolate cake which was a mistake since I dumped big time!! oh well I didn't want her to be upset, but she did tell me to be careful!! lol
water was good today too.

Hi Kay, today has been an in and out kinda day. Busy with the wake and all!
I had toast and peanutbutter.
ham and cheese sandwich, a forkfull of macaroni salad and a forkfull of potato salad.
3 chocolate chip cookies.
Water, pills and exercise!
