Hey again Lea, one thing I read a long time ago was that the lower your bmi, the less weight you will lose. Each month we will lose a percentage of our excess body weight. The more you have lost in the past, means that your amounts are going to be smaller each week. Don't think you are going to stop all together this soon. But if you do percentages, you will probably notice that you are losing at the same rate. But 5% of 300 pounds is going to be more than 5% of 200 pounds but you are still losing 5% each week. Does that make sense???

I am right there with you! I already miss the days of 7 pound losses in a week. Seems like so long ago. But, I do know that anything lost now will likely not come back...not like the old days! So, I will be the first one on here yelling that I made it under 200 if that should happen by next Monday...but I have the feeling that I will be racing several of you January Ladies for the honor of that first post next week! In the meantime...I wait.

Your doing very good. You will hit the 100's soon. I started taking a picture of the scale at 200 and then when I hit 199, Then 189, 179,Then finally 169 this week. Get as close as you can. I now have them in a scrap book and look back often. I wish I had done that with my highest weight. Ugg. I told my daughters that I am almost at my pre pregnancy weight for my last daughter ... LOL which was 22 years ago. Have a good week and I bet 100's next week .
