Weight Watchers Diet after RNY? - I have gained 30 pounds and would like to join Weight Watchers with some fellow employees.
Can we follow weight watchers and lose weight? Or is our system different. I am thinking...

3 Years !! - Well here I am. 3 years has almost passed me. I can't believe it has been 3 years. I am starting to have a struggle with carbs. I still hate to eat and tend to eat the same things....
