I am finally under 200

I am now 199, have lost 100 lbs since last Sept and 68 since my surgery on Jan 24, 2008 It feels so great...

Great job!!!! MY surgery was jan 28 and i reached 190 just receantly as well! What is your goal weight and your dr's goal for you?

I also hit 199 down 63 pounds since surgery on January 23

great job everyone, I hit 189 last week, but am now at another stall....more exercise I guess... keep up the good work everyone

that is great I am at 196 down 89 since surgery it is so good to see a 1 in front of the scale. Keep up the good work everyone Terri

Now, I was told that 96.5 was too much to have lost since Oct 23rd but you lost 89 since your surgery. I do not understand. Oh, I lost prior to surgery. I was 340 at my highest! Linda
