I just realized today was my 4 month anniversary! I have never done any types of updates either. I so need to start taking some pics and documenting this weight lost more. Here is a comparison pic from December 2009 to April 2010. I can't tell a BIG difference but hopefully in 2 months I will.

Hey chick...Congats on the 4 month anniversary. We usually can't tell the diffeence since we look at ourselves in the mirror daily, but I can definately tell the difference....How's the gym going for you?
