TMI but...my stomach....
Gas is definitely the worst part of this entire experience!! My doc ok'd the gas-x strips, and they seemed to help a little, but what helped the most was laying in bed and rolling from side to side every few minutes, and if you are sleepy, lay on your back with your knees up in the air...gives a little room for the gas to go away...now I am 3 weeks out and still have that weird gas pain in my upper back from where they pumped my abdomen up with co2...but it isn't as bad as it used to be..every day it gets better and better. Best wishes!!
? I have to do neither. I wish I could pass more gas. Good luck with that. Make sure you are not losing too many fluids either way.
Rested a bit then felt it coming again not sure why but i moved to the bathroom & was glad I did!!!
